Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
Used or damaged books
Items returned after 14 days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at becca@skyehighinteractive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
