Inspired by our children’s book What Makes You… YOU!, this free activity sheet was created to keep the conversation going after the story ends.
Kids can draw, write, reflect, or simply explore what makes them who they are.
There are no right answers. This page is simply a gentle space for kids to name what feels true to them— from the things they love, to the ways they see the world, to the parts of themselves they’re still learning to understand.
Whether they are navigating a visible difference, a new diagnosis, big feelings, or simply learning how to feel proud of who they are, we hope this activity sparks a meaningful conversation and helps remind them:
